The MyBioAge AI Coach just got significantly smarter. With the latest update, the AI now understands all 14 tracked metrics—including the new Stress Resilience and Circadian Alignment scores—and has access to 6 months of your health history for richer, more accurate conversations.

New questions you can ask

The expanded AI Coach understands your stress and circadian patterns:

  • "How's my stress resilience?" — Get insights into your body's stress adaptation capacity based on HRV, recovery, and sleep patterns.
  • "Is my circadian rhythm healthy?" — Understand how well your daily patterns align with your body's natural clock.

6 months of context

Previously, the AI Coach had limited historical context. Now it can reference 6 months of your health data when answering questions. This means:

The AI Coach runs entirely on your iPhone. All 14 metrics and 6 months of health data stay on your device. There are no cloud uploads, no server processing, and no data sharing. Your extended health conversations remain completely private.

Choose your model

The AI Coach offers two model options:

  • Recommended (~2GB) — Fast responses, works on all supported iPhones. Great for quick questions and daily check-ins.
  • Advanced (~5GB) — More detailed analysis, requires iPhone 15 Pro or newer. Best for deep dives into your health patterns.
