Welcome to My Bio Age. By using our app or website, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using My Bio Age (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
My Bio Age is a wellness and fitness application that calculates biological age estimates based on health data from Apple Health. The Service provides insights, trends, and educational information about your health metrics.
3. Not Medical Advice
My Bio Age is for wellness and fitness purposes only. The Service does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. The biological age estimates, scores, and insights provided are not medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider for medical decisions.
4. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Use the Service only for lawful purposes
- Provide accurate information when required
- Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the application
- Not use the Service to harm others or violate their rights
5. Privacy and Data
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Health data from Apple Health is processed on-device and is not uploaded to our servers unless you explicitly choose to export it.
6. Intellectual Property
My Bio Age, MyBioAge Index™, and related branding are trademarks of My Bio Age. The Service, including its design, features, and content, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, My Bio Age shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the app or by other means. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
9. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Belgium, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Partner Offers Terms
The following terms apply to partners who purchase Partner Offers placements in the My Bio Age app. By purchasing a Partner Offer, you agree to these terms in addition to the general Terms of Service above.
Eligibility, Vetting, and Relevance
Partner Offers must be relevant to health-conscious consumers. Acceptable categories include health and wellness products, fitness equipment, nutrition, supplements, health technology, and related services. All partners are fully vetted by our founding team and must align with our product values and mission. We reserve the right to reject offers that do not meet our standards or align with our values.
Medical Claims Policy
Partner Offers must not contain unsubstantiated medical claims. Partners are solely responsible for ensuring their offers comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to health claims and consumer protection. My Bio Age does not verify medical or health claims made by partners.
Prohibited claims include but are not limited to:
- Claims to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent diseases
- Unverified health benefits
- Claims that contradict established medical or scientific consensus
- Misleading before/after comparisons
Approval and Right to Reject or Remove
All Partner Offers are subject to review and approval by My Bio Age. We reserve the right to:
- Reject any offer submission for any reason
- Request modifications to offer content before approval
- Remove approved offers from the app if we later determine they violate these terms or are harmful to our users
- Terminate a partner's campaign if they engage in deceptive practices
We aim to review submissions within 48 hours of receipt. Complex reviews may take longer.
Scheduling and Delivery
Partner Offers are delivered via app updates submitted to the Apple App Store. Campaign start dates are approximate and depend on:
- Our app release schedule (typically every 2–4 weeks)
- Apple's App Store review process
- User adoption of the new app version
We will communicate your scheduled release window after approval. We cannot guarantee exact start dates due to factors outside our control.
Creative Requirements
All Partner Offer creatives must meet the following specifications:
- Image format: PNG or JPG
- Aspect ratio: Square (1:1)
- Minimum dimensions: 256×256 pixels
- Appearance: Must be legible and visually appropriate on both light and dark backgrounds
- Destination URL: Must link to a legitimate, functional website relevant to the offer
Creatives that do not meet these requirements may be rejected or require revision before approval.
Refund and Rejection Policy
Before approval: If we reject your offer submission and you cannot provide an acceptable alternative, you are entitled to a full refund of your payment.
After approval: Once your offer has been approved and scheduled for a release, refunds are not available. If we remove your offer after publication due to a violation of these terms, no refund will be provided.
Cancellation by partner: If you wish to cancel your campaign before it ships, contact us as soon as possible. We will attempt to accommodate cancellation requests, but refunds are not guaranteed once creative review has begun.
Changes and Support
To request changes to your offer content or campaign, contact us at [email protected]. Changes can only be accommodated before your offer ships in an app release. Once an app version is published, changes require a new release cycle.
No Tracking or Analytics
Partner Offers are served on-device from app-bundled content. We do not use third-party networks, tracking pixels, or external analytics for Partner Offers. We do not provide impression counts, click-through rates, or other analytics data to partners.
Indemnification
Partners agree to indemnify and hold harmless My Bio Age from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from their Partner Offer content, including but not limited to claims related to misleading content, intellectual property infringement, or regulatory violations.
