By accessing or using My Bio Age (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

My Bio Age is a wellness and fitness application that calculates biological age estimates based on health data from Apple Health. The Service provides insights, trends, and educational information about your health metrics. My Bio Age is free forever, with no in-app purchases, subscription or account required.

3. Not Medical Advice

My Bio Age is for wellness and fitness purposes only. The Service does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. The biological age estimates, scores, and insights provided are not medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider for medical decisions.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Use the Service only for lawful purposes
  • Provide accurate information when required
  • Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the application
  • Not use the Service to harm others or violate their rights

5. Privacy and Data

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Health data from Apple Health is processed on-device and is not uploaded to our servers. You decide whether to copy or share information yourself. AI answers run on your iPhone; optional model downloads require internet access. The app does not collect your health history on first launch or through weekly uploads.

6. Intellectual Property

My Bio Age, MyBioAge Index™, and related branding are trademarks of My Bio Age. The Service, including its design, features, and content, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, My Bio Age shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the app or by other means. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Belgium, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
