For clinics and diagnostic providers

Clinical AI.
Private by design.

We’re developing a clinical AI product that brings laboratory results, wearable trends and patient-reported information into a clearer picture for consultations and follow-up. Designed for clinician oversight, with AI running on patient or clinic devices, not by sending health records to external model providers.

01 / The workflow

From results to follow-up.

Our focus is the work around a consultation: preparing the relevant information, helping patients follow an agreed plan, and giving the care team context for the next review.

Prepare the consultation

Bring relevant results, changes and patient questions together, with clear sources and dates so clinicians can review the underlying information.

Support the plan between visits

Help patients understand their clinician’s plan, record agreed observations and prepare questions for their next appointment.

Review progress in context

See what has changed, what information is missing and what deserves discussion, without treating a change in a wearable metric as a diagnosis or proof of treatment benefit.

These workflows are in development. The first clinical pathway and intended use will be defined with clinical partners.

02 / Privacy and responsibility

Private processing. Clear clinical responsibility.

Our intended architecture keeps AI inference on patient or clinic devices, so clinical information is not sent to external model providers for processing. Information sharing between a patient and their care team is explicit and purposeful.

Clinicians remain responsible for clinical decisions. Source information, uncertainty and missing data should stay visible. The clinical product will need evaluation appropriate to its intended use before it is used to support care decisions.

  • Local AI processing
  • Deliberate sharing with the care team
  • Source-backed information and clinician review

03 / The foundation

Built on a working health product.

My Bio Age is already available for iPhone and Apple Watch, combining private health trends with fully on-device AI. The consumer app is completely free, with no subscription or in-app purchases. With approximately 11,000 total downloads, it provides a real patient-side software foundation for our next direction.

The existing app is a consumer wellness product. The clinical product is a separate development programme, not a relabelling of the app as a medical device.

Founder experience

Created by the founder of ModerateKit, acquired by Gainsight, with experience leading product and engineering teams.

04 / Work with us

Help shape the first clinical workflows.

We’re looking to work with clinics, diagnostic laboratories and clinical leads who see an opportunity to improve consultation preparation or patient follow-up. We want to understand the current workflow, define a focused use case and develop an appropriate evaluation plan together.

Investors and strategic partners interested in this direction are also welcome to get in touch.

Email your name, organisation and a brief outline of the workflow you’d like to explore. The button opens your email app; you can also copy the address above.

Please do not include patient information or medical records.

We use your contact details and message to respond to your enquiry. Read our privacy information.

A few questions, answered.

Is the clinical product available today?

It is in development. We are inviting clinical development partners to help define and evaluate the first workflows.

How does this relate to My Bio Age?

The existing app provides experience and technology in private health-data processing and the patient interface. It remains a consumer wellness app; the clinical product will have its own intended use, evidence requirements and deployment model.

Will this replace a clinician?

No. The direction is clinician-supervised software for a defined care workflow, not autonomous diagnosis or treatment.

Who should contact you?

Clinical teams, diagnostic providers and healthcare organisations interested in developing the product with us. Investors and strategic partners are welcome too.
