Privacy policy

My Bio Age is built to be private by design. We believe your Apple Health data should stay on your devices unless you explicitly choose to share it. This policy explains what we collect, how we process it, and the controls you have.

What we read from Apple Health

With your permission, the app can access VO₂max, heart rate variability (SDNN), resting heart rate, walking heart rate, workout heart-rate recovery, sleep duration and efficiency, body mass index, biological sex, date of birth, and active energy. We request only the data required to compute Fitness Age, Biological Age, and trend insights.

All Apple Health data stays on-device unless you explicitly choose to export it. Permissions can be changed at any time in the Health app.

How processing works

Scores are calculated on your device using Apple-supplied frameworks and our local models. Weekly digests are generated on-device, then optionally sent to you as a notification or email if you have enabled that channel.

If you choose to sync with iCloud, encrypted summaries are stored in your private iCloud account to keep multiple devices consistent. We never sell or share your data with third parties.

No third-party tracking by default

Analytics is optional. If you enable Plausible Analytics by setting the PLAUSIBLE_DOMAIN environment variable, we load the lightweight, cookieless script. Otherwise no analytics scripts are loaded. We do not use advertising identifiers or fingerprinting.
