My Bio Age is built to be private by design. We believe your Apple Health data should stay on your devices unless you explicitly choose to share it. This policy explains what we collect, how we process it, and the controls you have.
What we read from Apple Health
With your permission, the app can access VO₂max, heart rate variability (SDNN), resting heart rate, walking heart rate, heart-rate recovery, sleep duration and quality, and active energy. We request only the inputs required to surface Fitness Age, Biological Age, and trends.
All Apple Health data stays on-device by default unless you explicitly choose to export it. You can change permissions at any time in the Health app.
How processing works
Scores are calculated on your device using Apple-supplied frameworks and our local models. Weekly digests are generated on-device and delivered via in-app local notification every seven days.
100% private — no tracking, no selling of data
My Bio Age does not use servers to store your health data, tracking pixels, analytics scripts, or targeted promotions. We will never sell, share, or monetise your personal information or health data. Your data stays entirely on your devices. Widgets, watch experiences, and caches remain in app-group storage under your control.
Partner Offers
The app may display Partner Offers within the Weekly Digest experience. These are curated recommendations from brands that align with health and wellness — not targeted content based on your data.
How Partner Offers work:
- Partner Offers are bundled directly into the app at build time and served entirely on-device — no external network calls, no tracking pixels, and no third-party networks.
- Your health data is never used to select, personalise, or target offers. Every user in a given region sees the same content.
- All partners are fully vetted by our founding team and must align with our product values and mission of helping people live healthier lives.
- We reserve the right to reject any partner that does not meet our standards.
Partner Offers help us sustain development of the app while maintaining our commitment to privacy. They are never based on your personal data.

Updates
We may update this policy as we introduce new features. The latest version is always available in the app and on this website. We will notify you in-app if the changes are significant.
