Coming in 1.0.23: Brazilian Portuguese, Lab Records and More
A preview of My Bio Age 1.0.23: Brazilian Portuguese, private laboratory records, longer coach history, a Home Screen widget and workout cooldown recovery.
By My Bio Age
Version 1.0.23 is in development. This is a preview of the changes we’re preparing, rather than an announcement that the update is already on the App Store. The theme is simple: make the health information you already have easier to read, revisit and understand.
Olá, Brasil
Brazilian Portuguese is joining English, German and French. The work covers the iPhone interface, Apple Watch screens, permission explanations and the new Home Screen widget. Clear wording matters when you are checking a unit, reviewing a trend or deciding which Health categories to share with an app.
We’re also localizing the coach’s template answers and asking the optional on-device language model to answer in the app’s language. Generated answers still need checking, and existing conversations or stored evidence can retain their original wording. This release adds Brazilian Portuguese specifically; we’ll announce other languages when they are ready.
A place for the lab reports you already have
The planned laboratory feature lets you import a PDF, compare extracted results with the original and keep reviewed records on your iPhone. An eligible blood report can also produce a separate Laboratory PhenoAge estimate. It appears alongside the MyBioAge Index™ without changing the wearable calculation.
Automatic extraction starts with a limited set of report layouts, and every result needs review. Read the laboratory feature preview for supported formats, eligibility and privacy details.
More history for the coach
We’re extending the local history available to the AI Coach beyond the recent six-month window, where older supported records are available in Apple Health. Longer imports can resume after interruption. Answers will still use selected facts and summaries, rather than every raw reading or an unrestricted search through your past.
The weekly Index continues to use the most recent six months and complete Monday-to-Sunday weeks. Keeping more history for the coach does not turn old records into evidence for your current Index.
Your latest summary, on the Home Screen
A new widget is being prepared for quick check-ins. The small layout shows your latest weekly Index and trend; the medium layout adds Recovery, Stress Resilience and Circadian Alignment. It displays a saved, dated summary, with refresh timing controlled by iOS. Open the app when you need to review the underlying data.
Small changes to the daily routine
- An optional setting estimates heart-rate recovery from eligible exercise sessions followed by a recorded cooldown, when enough heart-rate data exists.
- Weekly Digest notifications open the health summary directly.
Final scope may change during testing. My Bio Age provides general wellness information, not medical advice.
You can start with the current App Store version while these additions are being prepared. Download My Bio Age free on the App Store. The iPhone app is completely free, with no in-app purchases, subscription or account required. Its health calculations and optional AI Coach run fully on your iPhone.
