Monday mornings just got clearer. The Weekly Digest now uses 7-day averages for every metric, adds Pace of Aging right after your Index summary, and calls out the drivers that moved your biological age the most. The result: fewer noisy spikes and more actionable direction for the week ahead.
Why weekly smoothing matters
Instead of reacting to daily swings, the digest aggregates Monday–Sunday trends so you see the true signal. VO₂max, HRV, sleep regularity, and activity all roll up into a stable view that is easier to trust when planning training blocks or recovery days.
Pace of Aging front and center
Pace of Aging now appears near the top of the digest with color-coded status (green for <1.00×, amber for 1.00–1.05×, red for >1.05×). It compares your last four weeks to the prior four, revealing whether you are aging slower, on pace, or faster than chronological time.
Actionable highlights
The digest lists positive and negative drivers—like ↑ HRV or ↓ Sleep—so you know exactly what to double down on. If confidence is low for a metric, you will see it marked instead of a placeholder value, keeping the guidance honest.
Version transparency
Version and build numbers now display in the Confidence Report modal, making it easy to cite which release you are on when sharing feedback. Migration steps run automatically after scoring updates, so you always have the latest calculations without manual resets.
