When you connect Apple Health, we request access only to the categories we need. You can adjust or revoke permissions at any time inside the Health app. My Bio Age will surface a reminder if a data stream goes inactive so you can decide whether to re-enable it. No dark patterns, no pressure.

Secure sharing when you want it

Some members like to export trends for coaches or physicians. We support that with time-limited links and PDF exports that you control. If you prefer to keep everything on device, nothing leaves your phone. Our support team cannot see your biometrics, and there is no hidden analytics tracker collecting personal identifiers.
